We welcome experienced HR, L&D, and OD professionals who are open to collaborating on client projects from time to time. As WorkDesign Consulting takes on a wider range of engagements, we are always interested in connecting with thoughtful practitioners who can bring depth, credibility, and specialist expertise to the work.
This may include project-based consulting, research, facilitation, policy work, organizational development, learning initiatives, and other client-facing engagements.
What We Look For:
- Professional experience in HR, L&D, OD, or related fields
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and client orientation
- The ability to contribute thoughtfully to consulting projects
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to client needs
